This Cookie Policy explains how Bond Solutions, s.r.o. ("Audioworm," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on https://www.audioworm.fm(the "marketing site") and, where noted, on https://app.audioworm.fm (the "app"). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. We also use similar technologies such as local storage (for example, to remember your cookie preferences) and session storage.

Marketing Site vs App

Our cookie banner appears only on the marketing site (https://www.audioworm.fm). In the EU, EEA, UK, and Switzerland, analytics cookies stay off until you click OK (accept). Elsewhere, analytics cookies run by default until you click Reject non-essential.

The app at https://app.audioworm.fm does not show a cookie banner. When you create an account and use the app, analytics and usage measurement may run as part of the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

How We Use Cookies

We group cookies into the following categories:

  • Strictly necessary: required for core functionality, security, load balancing, and (on the marketing site) remembering your cookie consent choice. These cannot be switched off through our banner.
  • Functional: support features such as staying signed in on the app (via our authentication provider) and preserving UI preferences where applicable.
  • Analytics: help us understand traffic and product usage. On the marketing site, analytics run after you accept in the EU, EEA, UK, and Switzerland, or by default elsewhere until you click Reject non-essential. On the app, analytics may run when you use the Service under the terms described in our Privacy Policy.

Cookies and Technologies We Use

The list below describes cookies and storage we use or may use. Exact names can vary by browser and provider updates.

  • audioworm_cookie_consent (local storage, marketing site): stores your cookie choice (essential only vs analytics allowed). Duration: until you clear site data or change your choice.
  • audioworm_consent_required (cookie, marketing site): remembers whether your region requires prior consent for analytics. Duration: about 7 days.
  • Authentication session cookies (app, via Supabase): keep you signed in after Google or Microsoft sign-in. Strictly necessary for subscribed access. Duration: session or as configured by the auth provider.
  • Hosting and security cookies (Vercel and related infrastructure): support delivery, abuse protection, and reliability. Duration: varies; often session-based.
  • Analytics cookies / storage (marketing site, optional): enabled after you accept analytics cookies in the EU, EEA, UK, and Switzerland, or by default on first visit elsewhere. If you reject non-essential cookies, analytics stop where possible.
  • Voice and draft preferences (app / browser storage): may store voice knobs or opening-text drafts locally to improve the preview workflow. Duration: until cleared.

Third-Party Cookies

Some cookies are set by service providers that help us operate Audioworm, including hosting (Vercel), authentication (Supabase on the app), analytics providers, and payment processing (Stripe when you check out). Those providers may also use cookies or similar technologies under their own policies when you interact with their services.

Your Choices

Marketing site: when you first visit https://www.audioworm.fm from a consent-required region, analytics stay off until you click OK. Our cookie banner lets you OK (keep / enable analytics) or Reject non-essential (turn off analytics). You can change your mind by clearing site data for https://www.audioworm.fm in your browser, which will show the banner again on your next visit.

App: analytics on https://app.audioworm.fm may be part of operating the product. If you do not want them, do not create an account or use the app. You may request account deletion by contacting legal@audioworm.fm.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the app or site from working correctly.

Legal Basis (EEA, UK, and Switzerland)

On the marketing site, analytics cookies in the EU, EEA, UK, and Switzerland require your consent through our banner. Elsewhere, we rely on legitimate interests for analytics cookies until you opt out through our banner, and on necessity for strictly necessary cookies and storage. On the app, we rely on performance of our contract with you and our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Updates

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
